Step 2:

Step 3:
Fill out the Google form with your child’s basic clinical history:

Please also include a paragraph describing the main problems you are facing with your child.
Step 4:
Kindly make videos of good and bad habit. Video call with child is usually not useful. we need to capture activities of child during whole day for which you need share the videos. Videos will not be shared on YouTube or any parent
Step 5:
Send details of any ongoing medicines (with doses), as well as any blood, genetic, or MRI reports if available.
Step 6:
Prepare a list of your key queries or concerns to discuss during the consultation.
Important Notes:
Consultations are scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment and form submission.
The session is conducted by Dr. Sumeet Dhawan, pediatric neurologist and child development specialist, with over 14 years of experience.
Overtime charges may apply if the session exceeds the allotted time.
For therapy guidance and detailed parent training, additional sessions may be required.

Important Information for Online Consultations
Please avoid making repeated calls after payment. I may be attending to other patients, and clinic (OPD) patients are always given first priority.
Online consultations will be conducted only after all OPD patients have been seen.
In case of emergency, please consult your nearest available doctor immediately.
The waiting time for online consultations is typically 1–3 days. Exact appointment times cannot always be guaranteed.
Consultation charges are valid for a single session only. Additional sessions will require a new payment.
Please note: Online consultation fees are higher than in-clinic charges, as online consults require more time and preparation.
