  • Maximum 1 hour (per day each session 20-30 min)

  • The lesser, the better at least 3 hours of physical activities of any intensity

  • Including at least one hour of physical activity of moderate-to-vigorous intensity)
  • 10–14 hours of good quality sleep daily (younger the child, more the sleep duration).
  • Do not use screen media during meals, within one hour before sleep, or during surface travel
  • Content being watched is educational, age-appropriate, non-violent,
  • Healthy, and preferably interactive
  • Always supervised
  • Promote shared use of screen media between child and families to ensure interaction and quality exposure
  • One screen at a time. Do not start a habit of media multitasking.
